I purchased my own router. Can I return the rental?

Yes! If you start off with a rental router but later decide to purchase your own, you can return the rental by using one of the following methods:

  1. Drop off your equipment at our office at 15 Maiden Lane, Suite 1101, New York, NY 10038. Drop-offs are accepted Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm.

  2. Request a return-by-mail kit for $6. This kit will be shipped to your address and will include packaging material as well as a prepaid USPS shipping label.

  3. Use your own shipping materials and mail back the equipment to Honest Networks, 15 Maiden Lane, Suite 1101, New York, NY 10038.

If you opt to use your own shipping materials, please ensure that the equipment is properly padded. Equipment that is returned damaged will result in your account being charged a replacement fee for the value of the device (between $75 to $400 depending on the equipment).

I sent my rental router back. Why is the rental charge still showing up on my account?

The rental charge will be removed from your account once the router has been returned to the Honest office. Depending on the return method, it could take up to a week or more for the router to reach our office.
